The location was perfect as was the communication. Check-in/out was seamless. The house was great as well, specifically the layout, TV in every room, bathrooms galore, two balconies, and each light switch was labelled :) I also appreciated the compliance with ADA laws re: service dogs. You might think this is a given, but some companies like Southern Vacation Rentals do not comply with those laws even in units that claim being pet friendly.

The master bed could have been more firm, but that's my preference and it wasn't a big issue.
