La camera era nuova pulita ed accogliente

Purtroppo siamo stati fuori ad aspettare le credenziali per poter accedere per un ora e mezza. Provato a contattare via chat, mail e telefonicamente la struttura, senza risposta alcuna. Nel frattempo penso ad una truffa e contatto un altra struttura per prenotare e riuscire a passare la notte in emergenza. A quel punto ricevo le credenziali, annullo la prenotazione presso la nuova struttura e accedo alla Glamour suite White, che nonostante fosse pulita ed accogliente, non riesce a farmi dimenticare l'essere stato un ora e mezza ad aspettare buttato in strada, cercando una soluzione in ogni modo. Servizio di assistenza inesistente e da dimenticare. Peccato...

Niente perché non abbiamo potuto usufruire dell'alloggio per via di tutte le strade bloccate in onore di Sant'Efisio.

Il fatto che non siamo stati avvisati di quest' evento e di conseguenza ci siamo sentiti costretti a dover prenotare un altro b&b spendendo due volte .
