Miłe, ciche otoczenie w nieco greckim klimacie, dostępny nieduży basen, czyste, obszerne pomieszczenia w parterowych budynkach (nie trzeba wnosic bagaży po schodach). Kuchnia ze wszystkimi potrzebnymi sprzętami, duży taras przed domem z grillem, parasolami, stolikami. Kontaktowa i pomocna obsługa. Duży bezpłatny parking przy obiekcie.

Obiekt usytuowany jest poza centrum miejscowości w industrialnej dzielnicy, na uboczu. To niekoniecznie jest wada, ale jeśli ktoś oczekuje atrakcji w zasięgu niedługiego spaceru, to raczej nie ten adres, natomiast samochodem nie ma problemu.
