A very spacious apartment, ideal for staying close to Venice. Located just 40 minutes by tram T1 from the lagoon city, this apartment offers an excellent opportunity to explore the area. Nearby, there are shops and pizzerias, giving you an authentic Italian vibe.

While the apartment is charming and well-located, there are a few aspects that could be improved. The single air conditioner doesn't cool the entire apartment very efficiently. Although the cleanliness is acceptable, it could be a bit more thorough. Overall, a good choice for those looking to discover Venice and its surroundings in a comfortable space.

We were very satisfied with the accommodation. It is nice, comfortable and clean. The location is excellent. The host was very nice and helpful. There is an air conditioner, which is a lifesaver.

This property is great. Located close to the T1 tram line that takes you directly to old Venice in 25 minutes. There is a grocery store, bakery and sea-food market 2 minutes away. The airport is 13 min drive away. Everything you need is in the flat - it’s spacious and super clean, with great wifi. The host was amazing - very responsive, helpful, and kind. He gave very clear instructions on how to get the keys and how to get into the property. He was very accommodating to check in a bit earlier than the time posted in the listing. Highly recommend this property. We had an amazing time!

The accommodation was very nice and comfortable. Tram stop about 100 meters away, from there it is a half-hour drive to Venice. A well-equipped Coop store is 50 meters away. We had a lot of fun.

It was very modern looking and spacious

In the kitchen there was not much equipment. Needs more cutlery, knives, plates and bowls, there was no colanders, tea towels and did not know how the fan oven worked. We could only use the hob.

We've had truly amazing stay, thank you very much! The apartment has an amazing location, very near the local shop and stops for public transport. It offers spacious living room with super comfy sofa and also lovely bedrooms. The check-in is extremly flexible as you receive the keys in the lockbox nearby. A nice detail is kitchen equipped with flavouring, teas, coffee and oil. You can easily prepare what you like and chill in the apartment:).

It's truly hard to find anything we've disliked. There's maybe just one thing that would make the apartment even better and that's providing graser for cheese.

Very big and spacious appartment, clean and well equipped; very good location: close to the tram that takes you directly to Venice, very close to a great bakery and a supermarket; very nice and accommodating owner, who let us leave our luggages in the appartment in the morning, as soon as we arrived from the airport, even if the check in was much later.

Everything went well for us, we don't have any suggestions.
