Park Avenue Derry City

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ We had a great stay at Park Avenue in Derry. The place was really clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed. It was also accessible, which made things much easier for us. It felt like a home away from home, and we had plenty of space to relax with all of our family. The location was close enough to shops being next door but one and just a short drive into the city centre, which was really handy for the wedding we attended. We had a small issue with the hot water, but the host was really easy to contact and super quick to help us sort it out. They were friendly and helpful throughout our stay, which made a big difference. Overall, a brilliant place to stay, comfortable, convenient, and great communication from the host. We’d book again!

Nice big property so ideal for large family or group of friends. Spar shop 2 doors down, and pub/off license across the road so ideal for for any food & drinks. Property generally in good condition but a few small things of concern, some minor damage in bathrooms but mainly lack of cups & glasses Also, the property is on a very busy road but there is parking in the back street

Supercomfortable , very large and well equipped kitchen, very pleasant rooms , very comfortable beds, large bathrooms very well equipped: extremely pleasant and positive experience, strongly suggested. Possibility to park in the road near the house. The host is very very kind.
