The property its self was nice and did have a lot of extra blankets and a manual on how to use the oven which was handy. The host also offered to post an item we forgot so i really appreciated that and the host was also very responsive to questions

however It had been cleaned on a surface level however we found a pair of dirty underwear in the cupboard there was also a few other things that were not cleaned the best but only if you were looking. The double bedroom door doesn’t close properly it kept opening itself and we had to put a bag i front of it to keep it closed during the night. The bar was very loud especially on the Wednesday when they did live music you could hear it in every room of the house but during normal times you can only hear it in the living room. There was confusion with check in and out times we were told to check out before 12 to my understanding that means we have until 12pm to check out however the cleaners came into the property at 10:48 and were told we had already checked out i thought that was quite unprofessional and gave me a huge fright to have someone trying to get into the property while i was still in there. The hob gas didn’t work you had to light it with a match (matches were provided). There was a few things that weren’t necessary but would’ve been nice like salt and pepper we had to buy our own.

Great location, close to castle, restaurants, shops and beach. Good size, spacious rooms. Like the balcony and nice to have a parking space. Good for families although warning that the stairs are quite steep. Kitchen had good range of cooking utensils.

The noise! This totally ruined our Saturday night and if I had read the negative comments for previous reviews, I probably wouldn’t have booked. This should be disclosed in the property description as it really is a disruption to anyones stay. We had planned a movie night but the live band in the pub in the next room, spoiled it. If you are not planning evenings in then this accommodation would be okay. When we arrived there was a lot of sand on the coffee table, in the blanket and on the sofa, appreciate we are at the seaside but this just showed a lack of care when it came to property cleaning. Also there was just a general lack of detail with certain things, such as it would’ve been nice to have some salt and pepper and cooking oil, shower gel in the bathroom, and actual pictures in the picture frames in the bedroom lol! There was also only 3 matches for the gas hob cooker so make sure you bring a lighter!

Location was very convenient for accessing mumbles and allocated parking is useful. Kitchen was well equipped to allow cooking of meals. Lounge was cosy and comfortable Shower was good. Bedroom was reasonable and balcony a good feature

Bar next door. Most nights it was just a low noise, no issues. Friday night a live band played and it was so loud in the lounge we couldn't hear the TV.

The location is excellent. Can’t fault it. Close to shops and cafe and the sea front. Very clean. Tea and coffee and milk thank you. No welsh cakes! (Joking) Shower is hot and powerful.

Couldn’t lock the front door at bed time so had to wedge a stool under the door handle. That was our biggest worry. Didn’t want to disturb the owner late at night. End of settee (the arm) closest to door is broken but stayed in place. Cigarette burn on the single sheet on the bed not used closest to door. Two of the towels provided were small throws but luckily only three of us staying so didn’t need them. Adjacent to pub didn’t worry us but may worry some. Could hear it in lounge area but not in bed.
