The hosts were very warm and took care of every aspect of our stay. Mr. Chinnaraj the owner of the property is one of the nicest person i have met. He has very good energy and always eager to help the guests in their needs and wants. Cook is fabulous and you get to eat very delicious and healthy food here. Overall our stay was very comfortable. Would like to visit this property again on my next visit to kotagiri. Would highly recommend for travelling with friends and family.

Clean rooms, good food, and very helpful staff available 24/7. Peaceful location with a tea factory nearby that gives demos and explanations – a unique and interesting experience.

The property advertises a waterfall just 200m away, but in reality it’s almost 5 km, with the last stretch being unsafe. The stay is also on the costlier side – it would feel more worth it if the waterfall was actually close and private to the property.

The view from the room was absolutely stunning — waking up to the mist-covered valley was magical. The interiors were cozy and well-designed with a nice blend of rustic and modern elements. It was peaceful, private, and a perfect place to relax and disconnect from the outside world.
