The surrounding picturesque tea valleys, the cleanliness and courteous and helpful staff, great food, timely responses from property, etc.

Not enough recreational activities in the premises, no TV in rooms, language barriers for guests.

Nothing as such. Only suggestion is to mention about the stairs for accessibility which was bit difficult for my mother to cover to reach to the room.

"A view to kill, but views aren't everything.."

Location is on the end of the road and the views are just killer Rooms are awesome with the killer view They take care of your driver if you hire a chauffeur driven car. Homely and tasty food. The owner is on the property and interacts with guests freely.

Main road is 4 kms away, so no options No power backup in place No WiFi No Credit/ Debit Card options for payment. Plumbing needs work
