L'endroit est surpeuplé ! Il vieilli mal, des voitures stationnées dans tous les sens, une piscine sur fréquentée de grosses, impossible d'en profiter. La clim et une douche de l'appartement hs

L'appartement : spacieux, propre, très beau. Le style est très bien, et on se sent vraiment au Maroc. Le résidence où l’appartement est très bien situé : calme, propre et avec accès à la piscine (ce qui est très apprécié dans une ville où il fait très chaud).

L’appartement n’a pas une vue sur la piscine! L’hôte, très peu réactif, il répond aux messages le jour après (si vous êtes chanceux). L'appartement nécessite un peu de rafraîchissement (réparations).

The riad is very beautiful and huge, it has a real Moroccan spirit, there is one room on each floor and a beautiful terrace at the top. It is perfect for a group of friends who want to spend unforgettable moments in Marrakech. It is located in a gated community guarded by security guards, everyone is very friendly and it is very safe.Each room has its own air conditioner. In the nearby there are shops, cafes, a pharmacy, a swimming pool. It is easy to catch a taxi to the center in front of the entrance.

One of the rooms doesn't have a window, so you can't cool it down enough without air conditioning, the shower cabins are not well closed with glass, so you spray the whole bathroom every time you shower. The courts were not the cleanest. None of the room doors can be closed all the way, so you don't really have privacy in the room. It is very acoustic and you can hear everything, which is perhaps expected from this type of accommodation. That's why the rating is 8, but overall impression is good and I would recommend for the group of friends to come and stay in this Riad.

Fascinating style of the house.

It was not easy to find the property amongst other similar properties. The numbering was confusing. Without the helpful locals I doubt I'd be able to find the flat

I really liked the villa. Loved the spaciousness, the color of this apartment. Beautiful interior from the handles to the chandelier. There are all the amenities. I recommend to all
