Good customer service especially from the Customer service desk staff Ms Swathi Swathi is very efficient very presentable & aways smiling She is an asset to the company. Keep up the good work Swathi Food is also good Well maintained for 3 star status

Bath towels need replacement as it looks bit old They have to have big stepins in the Bathroom They should provide screen in the shower
