Bamboo Lombok Homestay

Really enjoyed our staying ☀️ Kind, lovely Host, who was always ready to help us with everything we needed. Location is good, 5 minutes away from town, 10 minutes away from the closest surf spot. Pretty garden, with a shared kitchen. 🌴 Felt like home. Can’t wait to be back soon. Thank You 🙏

Dirty bed. They said they change it, nothing happened, i had to ask twice. Also the new one was dirty. Dirty & very stinky bathroom. Dirty floor, walls & lamp in the room. Had to ask more than one time for towels. A lot of ants everywhere (bed included). Other insects in the bed. I have bites on my legs. The included breakfast is just 1 pancake. And also not everyday. Just if someone is here when you wake up. There is no fix time for it. Every website says its fully booked, but it's empty and i'm alone. You can here every little noise from outside. Staff is loud early in the morning every day. Staff only here in the morning, owner never. Staff is "cleaning" outside everyday, but never in front or in my room. Only if i ask.  Nothing in the room to put stuff or clothes. 9 days here - they never cleaned the bathroom or empty the bin. Sometimes the water in the shower is not really working. No refill of toilett paper, i had to ask for it.  In the night men are going in and out (not stuff), uncomfortable.  In the kitchen are fruit flies & ants cause they left open food there.  Garbidge in the outside are, on the ground
