Der Pool war schön, das Frühstück war gut nut leider hat man lange warten müssen

Die Ausstattung der Zimmer war dürftig, das Personal war teils sehr schlecht, Wartezeiten für das Frühstück von 1 Stunde, obwohl wir alleine waren, war normal.

everything was perfect i would absolutely recommend this place. the food was delicious the room was comfy i have absolutely enjoyed my stay at baali diani and i can definitely see myself coming back here.

the rooms look very nice the food taste really good and I enjoyed swimming at the pool very much would absolutely recommend

- Nice decor in the common areas - intimate feel with pool - Well-furnished apartment with separate bedroom and sitting area/kitchen combo - AC was good to have in coastal humidity - Did a small laundry load for us at no extra charge - Location on an unpaved road 200m off a busy link road. For a more touristy vibe, better off choosing location closer to Diani Beach road & shopping center (south).

- For context, we have stayed in hundreds of properties all over the world via booking portal and probably 1000+ nights, including several weeks in East Africa at dozen properties. One of the very few negative experiences. Unprofessional. Not sure if this property has fake high rating. - We wasted most of our time in Diani Beach with issues of lack of hot water, breakfast, credit card payment, wifi, etc. Not at all a “vacation” - No hot water for shower first night. Inspite of back & forth still cold and unacceptable 2nd night. - Credit card machine was “not working” and ultimately processed payment through another vendor. See others reviews with same issues. Do check if they really accept credit cards before booking. - Loud music blasting by staff from before 7:30am and during the day. The public areas - pool, lounge, etc seem to be mostly occupied by staff and their families - not for guests to relax. - Breakfast experience was a disaster - no restaurant or kitchen onsite. It gets delivered from elsewhere. We told we had diet restrictions during check-in and were told that chef would contact us about specifics the previous night. We told them toast & veg-friendly sides would be okay. After multiple assurances, no contact by chef. We would have appreciated if they had told us originally that they couldn’t do toast/vegetarian-friendly breakfast and we’d been fine. Instead of waiting 2 hours just to get just chapatti. - Lack of privacy - staff knocking on our door so many times for small things inspite of us telling them to message us instead. - Ran out of water in toilet flush and had to contact staff in the night. - I would definitely not recommend this property.

Sin duda el personal, es de 10 porque no se puede poner más, todo el equipo es genial, y por supuesto Dan, cualquier cosa que necesites él te lo intenta solucionar, incluso nos puso en contacto con un conocido local para hacer un par de excursiones, absolutamente genial.

En realidad está todo genial, quizás necesite algo de más puesta a punto pero poco a poco, todo bien.

The restaurant...Took it because of the good food review, and they did have a lot of variety in their menu. We ordered using their menu, were told order was received.. then after a full hour of waiting the chef told us what we ordered wasn't available. Had to order from somewhere else. So we had to wait almost 3h to finally eat dinner. Kids were very hungry. Chef also told us we will get the beef samosa we ordered for breakfast. At breakfast we got vegetable samosas which kids didn't like. Asked for beef samosa but it was not available.
