Great value and responsive host

Location.

This is a property that seems cool on photos, but has SEVERE hygiene problems. Let’s get started: 1. You clean someone else’s URINE and PUBIC Hair! Toilet has not been cleaned at all. We were arriving from a long road drive with our 3-year old child, so we had no option than to clean ourselves. You can see if photos… Contacted the property owner that claimed never happened before… yeah, right… 2. You shower with your feet in DIRTY SEWAGE Water! Why? Since there is no real cleaning, shower drain basket was stuck with customer hair and dirty, so water was just not going away. 3. NO ANSWER UNTIL TODAY FROM OWNER TO FIX IT: So, either we would not shower for 3 days or the option would be… you got it: we had to to CLEAN SEWAGE DRAIN by ourselves! Cool family DYI experience package! 4. OTHER CLEANING aspects: microwave was probably never cleaned, so you can imagine the smell when you open it. Forget about using it, of course. Spider nets were also included at no extra charge. Kitchen pans had already pre-available grease. Just check photos.. Other “minor” aspects: 1. Entire apartment? No, you just have a part of a house that someone put some drywall on the corridor to separate it. You get inside from a backyard fence directly to the main room. 2. KITCHEN? No, someone bought some kitchen cabinets from IKEA, installed a faucet and a sink and that’s it. You just get a portable induction plate with no smoke or smell extraction at all. You see the result in photos. 3. NOISY: you will have a hard time sleeping when someone is talking loud from the other side of the drywall or doing tap dance over your head on the higher floor. Just a final note: this was our last stop from a 10-day road drive. We stayed in several different properties, some better, some worse but nothing compared to this. Just to say that were are not picky or always complaining people. This was actually THE FIRST TIME WE FELT THE NEED TO WRITE A REVIEW AND TRY TO ADVICE PEOPLE NOT TO EXPERIENCE THE SAME.

It is a wonderful secluded part of the city of Malmo. In the apartment the rooms are as promised, quite enjoyable. We liked the bus connection (2min) and everything we needed was in the apartment. It was a great value for the money.

We were hoping not to be wall to wall next to the host, but they made no fuss about anything.
