BERGAMO art

Bergamo art is great accomodation. Its located very near city center, in nice cozy street with caffes and restaurants. The place was very clean and we had everything that we need it ( towels, shower gel, shampoo, iron for clothes, hair dryer...). Also the host was very gentle and explained us in details how to arrived and acces to the app!

- the place has character and it's definitely something to talk about: the neighborhood - safe and classy, everything of interest in Bergamo is practically within walking distance from here, the historical building it's in, the ancient stone masonry ( yes, those are real slabs of stone, probably centuries old ! ).  It's probably a former commercial space converted into a living space. It has retained part of its former main entrance crafted into a display window which gives you a charming coffee-shop feel if you roll up the blinds at breakfast or dinner time - definitely the highlight of the apartment, in my opinion.  - the interior design is tastefully executed, everything is robust and functional.  - the  kitchen is fully furnished with all the necessary cookware, cutlery and dishes, including a corkscrew, knife sharpener, a selection of tea, some  coffee pods for the coffee machine, electric water kettle - it's remarkably clean considering all the nooks and crannies of the stone walls and ceiling. - the smooth check-in and check-out process, (totally remotely managed), the ease of interaction with the host via WhatsApp.

- nothing serious, actually, I would gladdly come back anytime: a bit chilly at first, during the night, in November (but that is to be expected as the the stone walls are slow to pick up heat) and the the sound proofing could be better.

Location was great, with all important attractions at walking distance. The host was attentive and the apartment was very clean and well equipped. Check in was very easy and the place looks exactly like the pictures.

The apartment does not have sound insulation, and it gets very noisy early in the morning (from 6-7 am) due to the movement in the street and the entrance to the building. It was not really possible to sleep much later than 7 am. The sofa bed is comfortable for 1 person, but the mattress would not be great for 2.

The contact person is very friendly and you can contact her at any time. The facility contains everything you need...

A lot of noise during the whole night, and in the morning from 7.00 it is impossible to sleep.

Clean and nice. Great host and system for checking.

Outside noise and there are no way to open the windows and air out the apartment.

The apartment is very conveniently located, fully equipped, beautiful design.

The high metal seats were somewhat uncomfortable but the throws came in useful in that respect.
