Domus Felix

Situé dans une petite ville dans les montagnes, l'établissement est en bordure de la route principale. Les chambres sont au 3 ème étage sans ascenseur, important à savoir. Accueil excellent. Possibilité de se garer à quelques mètres gratuitement de l'emplacement du B&B. Très belle vue sur les montagnes. Le gâteau fait-maison lors du 2ème petit-déjeuner. Les deux restaurants de la ville sont excellents, je les recommande (réserver ou arriver tôt à la pizzeria).

Le petit-déjeuner est un point faible, mais ceci est valable pour la majorité des établissements en Italie. Beaucoup de plastique utilisé malheureusement : confitures ou miel conditionnés dans des petites barquette en plastiques, des verres plastique pour le jus de fruit, des biscottes à l'unité sous plastique.

Dejlig rent værelse med en meget fin udsigt. Morgenmaden var god men måtte ikke medtages på værelset.

Det er beskrevet at der er kogeplader og tekøkken på værelset men kogepladerne er ikke tilsluttet gas og der mangler en elkedel til opvarmning af vand til te.

Giovanni ist viel mehr als nur ein außergewöhnlicher Gastgeber. Er bemüht sich um jede Kleinigkeit und ist Reiseführer, Ratgeber und eben Gastgeber in einem. So würde man auch gerne von einem guten Freund empfangen werden. Jederzeit wieder :-) In fussläufiger Entfernung gibt es übrigens eine Pizzeria mit der besten Pizza ever...

Ho trascorso un weekend in questo B&B e non posso che parlarne benissimo. La posizione è semplicemente meravigliosa: immersa nella natura, con una vista mozzafiato sulle montagne e una pace che rigenera davvero corpo e mente. È il posto ideale per chi cerca tranquillità e autenticità, lontano dal caos della città. Le camere sono accoglienti, pulitissime e curate nei minimi dettagli, con un tocco di modernità. Un ringraziamento speciale al proprietario, una persona squisita: sempre gentile, disponibile e pronto a dare ottimi consigli su escursioni, ristoranti e luoghi da visitare nei dintorni. Si percepisce subito la passione e l’amore con cui gestisce il posto. Consigliatissimo a chi desidera staccare la spina e vivere un’esperienza autentica tra natura, silenzio e ospitalità sincera. Ci tornerò sicuramente! 🌲🏔️

Struttura incantevole con una vista mozzafiato arredata con gusto ottima l'accoglienza da parte del signor Giovanni molto gentile e disponibile consigliato

De accommodatie was heel comfortabel, super proper en modern ingericht. De ligging was ook heel goed en prachtig zicht vanuit de kamers. We hebben ook een rondleiding gekregen door de andere kamers, allemaal mooi ingericht. De eigenaar Gianni (John) was een heel sociale man, mega vriendelijk en stond open voor vragen en antwoorden. Hij gaf ons ook goede tips.

Niets viel tegen, deze accommodatie was perfect! Kunnen deze aan iedereen aanbevelen.

After a good sleep, we had a typical Italian breakfast. I asked about the surrounding and the city. The host is exceptionally kind, and he treated us with inspiring hospitality. He took 2 hours and showed us his hometown Summonte. The Linde and the castello. We even posed with sword and shield. And he showed us his project and work. Grazie

We arrived late in the night, and had problems finding the apartment. The house is big, and we couldn't discover the banner for the entrance. An illumination in the night at the banner for late guests would help, to make the find it.

La pulizia del B&B...condizionatore in camera e wi- fi

Non Hotel ma B&B ! Camera terzo piano senza ascensore ,prezzo alto per la location ,parcheggio possibile solo quello libero e pubblico non custodito a circa duecento metri ,colazione minimale cappuccino e biscotti ,pagamento con carta non è stato possibile solo con contanti ,telecamere di controllo da remoto visibili in corridoio anticamera ...

Tutto. Accoglienza, pulizia, posizione, comodità, colazione..

Nulla, tutto al massimo livello.
