⚠️🪳🕷️ We were very disappointed with this apartment. It had clearly not been properly cleaned and we found cockroaches, spiders, and other insects in every room. One sign falsely claimed HACCP compliance, while another excused the problem by saying “bugs can be expected in the Azores.” This is unacceptable. We stayed in several apartments around the islands, always near the ocean, and never had issues with cockroaches. Here, however, every room smelled bad, the bathroom in particular reeked of bug spray, yet we still found two large cockroaches there, one on the kitchen counter, another on the nightstand as we woke up in the morning (! !), and another in the corridor. Spiders were in many corners, including the bathroom mirror, and small insects covered the wooden cutting board (later replaced by the host). Our stay was very stressful, always fearing about the bugs, keeping all the food away, and always closing every door, blocking the smell and the bugs. Carpets were very dirty, and one window didn't close all the way. After discovering all the bugs we were very reluctant to use the apartment's toilet and often preferred to go to a restaurant and use theirs instead. We asked the owner to intervene; they offered a refund, but only if we left and found another place ourselves, which was impossible at the time. Paying €200 a night for a dirty, smelly apartment full of cockroaches is outrageous, and future guests should be warned.

Muy bien arreglado y amplio para dos personas. Muy bonito y tranquilo. A 7 minutos del centro y del aeropuerto en coche y puedes aparcar gratis en frente

Se escuchan los aviones y había una cucaracha en la cocina/salón y había unos vecinos de la misma calle conflictivos, se peleaban…

Nice and clean apartment very spacious for two people. It was fully equipped with everything you may need. Great location as well, we always parked in the big parking lot just 1min walk from the apt. Super close to the airport and to the centre of ponta delgada, perfect place to stay in if you are visiting the island.
