Excellent location, just a few minutes walk from the centre of Whitby. Dedicated secure parking space was very useful. Property is clean and modern.

-The location and parking were fantastic and for the price it was good -The apartment looks modern -Easily accessible (though not sure if disabled friendly as there are a number of steps to access the property) -Great view from the left living room window -Comfy beds and nice towels

-We visited on a very cold weekend and we arrived to a freezing property, the radiators and heating also aren’t the easiest to work out and didn’t stay on when wanted but then shot up to 32 degrees during the night -It wasn’t the cleanest; dirty bedside table, muck and lost property behind the toilet -Described as having tea and coffee provided but there was 4 teabags (for a 4 person, 2 night stay) 1 sachet of instant coffee and approx. 4 sachets of sugar -Only 2 toilet rolls provided for 4 people for 2 days/nights -There’s one sofa, we think it would have benefitted from 2 sofas and instead of a sofa and 2 occasional chairs as it would have been a comfier stay -Shower pressure was terrible but the pressure on the bath taps was great

"We had a really good time, location and comfort of the property a real bonus."

The location was superb, the property was excellent and very comfortable. Bedrooms were comfy and well appointed. Living area comfy and welcoming. The kitchen was well equipped. Heating easy to use. Every room really clean. Really good value for money.

There was nothing to dislike.

The property was in a fantastic location, it was very clean and modern, an added bonus was private parking! We visit Whitby ALOT and Pinot Perch has the best views we have ever had 🥰
