Pinot Perch With Free Underground Parking

The flat was nicely presented in a good location and the underground parking was a great bonus

The only negative was the heating in the lounge. We turned tge temperature up but it still didn't heat the space.2

The property was immaculate. Location of the property was excellent, less than 10 minute walk to the centre. Free underground parking was much appreciated. The hosts instructions and information were excellent.

On a cold afternoon, we were unable to warm the living room sufficiently with the electric wall heater, but that may have been our lack of understanding of the controls.

Lovely accommodation, central to Whitby. Plus safe underground parking too. Fab!

Location was amazing. Apartment was super clean had everything you needed. Underground parking space was a lifesaver. Highly recommended. Joanne was super very helpful and the app is a great idea. Had all the information you could need. Instructions were clear and easy to follow. Loads of bars restaurants all within a 5 min walk

It was freezing all weekend in the apartment which wasnt good as the heating was coming on for about half an hour at a time. Also we got one bath before the water went cold They were the only issues we had

Property was very clean and well presented, instructions and communication from host was clear and helpful at all times. Location of the property is excellent for walking into town, quiet street. I also liked how the electric heaters worked and they maintained a comfortable temperature.

Nothing really. A dustpan and brush would be useful (kids, crumbs) and a washing machine but as we were only there a couple of days it wasn't an issue.

Excellent location, secure parking, quiet and comfortable beds.

Well situated, with good facilities and very clean! Any questions we had were answered promptly and with genuine concern and care.

Hardly anything if I had to find something it would be comfier settees but the ones provided were sufficient for us for how long we were there.

Property was lovely and clean and location great. Secure free parking on site .Lovely being able to view the abbey from living room window. Short walk down to the harbour. Kitchen equipped with everything although only used toaster and kettle as ate out. Great communication with host Joanne and clear instructions for entry etc. Will certainly book again.

The only thing we struggled with was the bathroom radiator, couldn’t figure out how to turn it on. Seemed to be connected to WiFi. Wasn’t a problem as other radiators easy to use and not too cold as yet.
