Staff was great and for attending a rugby match at the Greenpoint stadium the location was great.

Our room only had a small window

My room was very spacious with my own private little swimming pool. Place is extremely neat and clean. Reception is very friendly. You'd expect to pay a lot more for the room quality. Would recommend to everyone.

Breakfast definitely needs some work.

The staff were friendly and tried to assist with the concerns raised as best that they could.

I stayed at this hotel for two nights for work, and my first night was awful. I had to call reception to remove a cockroach from my room. They assured me it was an isolated incident, but the following morning I found another one near the coffee machine. When I reported this again, reception mentioned that the guest in the room next door was experiencing the same issue and offered to move me to a higher floor where there were supposedly no roaches—implying that this problem is known. The new room was better, but the carpets throughout the hotel were visibly dirty and stained, clearly not deep-cleaned in years. Breakfast was also disappointing, limited to a single-page printed Word document menu with only one selectable option. Finally, staff were sweeping and mopping the reception area during peak morning times, which felt very unprofessional. Overall, it was a terrible experience, and I will not be staying at this hotel again.

The staff is very professional and welcoming.

The room did not have a microwave although they don't serve dinner which forces you to eat out even though you would like to eat in your room. The room no cutlery and when we borrowed from the hotel the staff indicated that the owner might have a problem.

breakfast could be served or offered a little earlier. however very good service and accommodation.
