Great wee place, nice modern decor, very clean, excellent hosts, def recommend staying here. Weatherspoons nearby which is a bonus.

The stairs are a little steep, if anyone had mobility issues this would not be idea place to stay. This is most likely a period house hence nothing the hosts can do on this really.

"Perfect house to stay when visiting NEC"

Spotlessly clean. The house was decorated and furnished to a high standard. Quiet and spacious with added bonus of study and garden. It was a pleasure to stay at the house

The stairs to upstairs were steep but I got used to them. Extra lights on stairs would be useful

Everything was clean and working properly. Loved the jazzy teapot and the backlit tv. Neighbours and the road were both quiet, though we were a short walk into town. A great combination.
