First of all my accommodation was booked in for first floor, ap 6 and when I did arrived in they gave me ap 2 ground floor. There was no heat all night working in the room, only in the bathroom between 7pm to 3/4am maximum. The property is not heated by the day, my room was used before and never cleaned , when I hit the bed to get some rest I found some hair on the top of the mattress and on the pillows. I had to wake up every 2 hours to heat myself with the hair dryer. The bath was broken and water was all on the floor. Owners have bad attitude when its comes to their clients and those issues. When I’m looking to rent a room, I’m looking aswell for facilities and comfort. The worst stay in Iasi, don’t recommend at all! Got the proof with times when I had to keep myself warm overnight with the hair dryer. I was sick, had surgery and told them about it but the owner’s wife complained that if they turn on the heat earlier they’ll turn it off earlier in the morning. They have set it on time during the night and has stopped it around 3:30 am in the morning when outside was 8 degrees. End of October!! Don’t lose your money!

A small, cozy room almost in the center, the owners are friendly, willing to help us. The room is clean, there is a refrigerator, a kettle and some dishes. There is also a shared kitchen. This is a great option for a budget trip
