"Lage top! Matratze flop"

Top Lage unweit der Villa de Este mit Blick auf das Castello. Gute Kommunikation mit dem Besitzer. Parkplatz mit Ticket aus der Unterkunft direkt vor der Tür.

Die Matratze war furchtbar durchgelegen und brachten uns eine unrichtige Nacht ein. Die Tür versperrt sich von innen und man kommt nur mit aufschließen raus. Macht irgendwie ein ungutes Gefühl wenn kein Panikschloss vorhanden ist.

"Ganz gut für Italien"

Die Lage und Beschreibung für die Parkplätze waren sehr gut. Nett war auch die kleine Aufmerksamkeit im Zimmer (Tee). :)

Das Bad roch unangenehm nach Kanalisation. Das Bidet ist so ungünstig geschnitten, dass man kaum Platz auf der Toilette hatte. Die Dusche war etwas schwierig.

Camera pulita e confortevole, con vista sulla fortezza. La posizione è comoda per raggiungere il centro storico. Abbiamo gradito il voucher messo a disposizione per il parcheggio dell’auto.

"Nice place to stay with balcony and view of the castle"

We enjoyed the balcony with beautiful view of the castle. Was a nice room, nicely updated and very clean. Lorenzo communicated well , was very responsive, responded promptly, and gave us recommendations on where to eat. We also really liked the breakfast at a nearby cafe- 2 croissants each and a beverage. Croissants were excellent.

Bed was a little firm for our taste but is typical of what one finds in Italy. Overall very nice stay- we recommend it.

"Ce n'est pas un B&B - Beaucoup de mensonges ."

Près de la Villa d'Este.

Le système d'accueil est bien trop compliqué et noyé par des infos à n’en plus finir. Pour moi le principe d'un B&B est d'accueillir les gens chez soi en toute décontraction et servir un petit déjeuner maison; or là c’est stressant à chaque démarche. Personne pour vous accueillir. La chambre est sombre, un volet ne s’ouvre pas qu'à moité(photo). Il est noté "Bon petit-déjeuner " et "Un petit-déjeuner italien est servi sur place", FAUX, il faut aller dans le grand bar du coin pour avoir un croissant et un petit café. Il est noté "Parking gratuit "FAUX, il y a tout un système compliqué pour pouvoir apposer un carton . Il est noté "Insonorisation" FAUX on entend tous les bruits de la rue très passante. Il est noté "Terrasse" FAUX c’est juste un mini balcon avec table et chaises toutes rouillées et vitre cassée (voir photo) Il est noté "Chambre anti-allergie" j’en doute quand je vois l'état des rideaux (photo) Les 4 carrés de Booking ne sont absolument pas justifiés. Le propiétaire donne les derniers détails au dernier moment et si vous exprimez votre mécontentement il ne propose que d'annuler le séjour à la dernière minute .
