My friend forgot his pants in the room and, even after more than a week, we still haven’t been able to resolve the situation. The staff do not provide the necessary assistance. The owner is an excellent person, but his son, who manages the place, shows little willingness to help. We requested 2 more days of stay and, in a disorganized and disrespectful manner, we were only informed almost at midnight the day before that it would not be possible. There is a clear lack of organization and consideration for tourists.
