Friendly tenants. Nice rooms. Shared bathroom and kitchen. Overall, a little hot water and soap would have been a better rating. Nevertheless, the value for money is good.

Room was nice, bed was comfy, shower was clean and easy to use. Plenty of towels, the gentleman who comes in and changes the rooms over is very helpful and polite.

TV didn't work, no power. WiFi wasn't working either

The landlord is lovely, I have stayed in other properties he owns & he has always been very flexible & allowed me to change any bookings or add extra time to my stay if the room hasn't been booked yet. If it has then he has offered me rooms in other properties of his. Very helpful & pleasent man who replies promptly as well. Very grateful for his understanding when it came to an issue I had with my payment & he allowed me to stay there and get it sorted out for him. The property was clean, tidy, has all facilities within the communal kitchen such as tea, coffee, suagr etc provided. Also all cooking facilities available plus use of washing machine etc. Communal bathroom was clean & tidy. For the price of the room I wasn't expecting much but the property definitely exceeded my expectations. Will definitely be booking with this landlord & his properties again.

The only recommendation I would suggest is a bedside lamp. But that is just me because I suffer with migraines. However, for the price I definitely can't complain as it has everything else you could want or need. Including wifi and all the facilities I have mentioned above. There is a tv in the room too.
