Everything ,secured,peaceful,the view,house feels like home the place was truly amazing

there’s nothing I did not like

I appreciated the neatness of everything to the T. Tidiness was exceptional. We loved the peace we received. The services from worker's was amazing when needed. The Cozy fires for the evenings were really amazing. I would not mind definitely going back I look forward to bringing my little girl to see the animals and to experience the beauty and peace.

We went in a period where we had chaotic stormy weather. Which had tripped the power all over. Things were a bit of control. We made the most of what we could. But in such situations where food can't be kept fresh in the fridge was one of my biggest problems as in this economy prices have inflated and can be a major issue when having to throw away spoilt food that could not remain cold eg Dairy foods. Receiving a generator for power only for and an hour and a half to keep going. The geyser didn't warm the water in time. Which also doesnt help when needing to wash dishes with hot water . Wood is a more of an need, which becomes expense. The first batch we got was good and free we appreciated it until we learnt we will need more to keep the house running. But maybe to tell the clients to bring some along to budget it in. Especially within the winter. If there's no electricity at night one still needs to keep the house warm. But to live in it and experience it yourself to see what you would do better to be able to assist the next person better. Especially families. Winter is a long period and how many more storms are not ahead? We can only plan better. I'm sure this place is nothing but amazing within the summer and spring. Thank you over all for the beautiful stay and thank you for helping through every step in the storm.

Serenity Vista Retreat is amazing, a perfect location to unwind and spend quality family time :) The place is beautifully decorated. Will definitely be back.
