"A wonderful stay"

Staying at Riad Deluxe in Marrakesh was so wonderful. The atmosphere was elegant without feeling pretentious: warm lighting, traditional details and peaceful courtyards. The staff was amazing and always ready to help. Somaya’s cooking was so good and a delicious treat for us every morning. Location is also excellent for exploring Marakech. Highly recommended.

Desde el primer momento nos sentimos acogidos en un lugar lleno de encanto, con una decoración espectacular y un ambiente auténtico y tranquilo que hizo nuestra estancia muy especial. Queremos destacar especialmente la atención excepcional de Loubna durante toda nuestra estancia. Siempre fue amable, profesional y atenta a cada detalle, asegurándose de que nos sintiéramos cómodos y bien atendidos. Incluso ante un inconveniente puntual ajeno al riad, gestionó la situación con mucha empatía y elegancia, demostrando una atención al cliente impecable. También queremos mencionar la amabilidad de Youssef, siempre cercano, atento y con una actitud muy acogedora que nos hizo sentir como en casa desde el primer día. La hospitalidad de todo el equipo marcó realmente la diferencia. Las habitaciones estaban muy limpias, el ambiente era relajante y cada detalle reflejaba cuidado y dedicación. Sin duda volveríamos y recomendamos este riad a cualquiera que quiera disfrutar de una experiencia auténtica y agradable en Marrakech. Muchas gracias nuevamente a todo el equipo, y especialmente a Loubna y Youssef, por hacer nuestra estancia tan memorable.

"Très bon séjour."

Nous avons passé un très bon séjour au Riad Deluxe. L’emplacement est très bien pour découvrir Marrakech. Le personnel de l’établissement est au petit soin et très attentionné, Youssef est très sympathique. Le petit déjeuner est copieux et bon.
