"Very nice Riad with amazing people"

The location was perfect. Very good communication with the riad. Amazing breakfast. A special thank you to Josef Othman and Lubna, for making our stay the most comfortable and enjoyableexperience.

We had water on the room floor because of the heavy rains in Marrakesh, but Josef managed to clean and dry everything for us.

"Un oasis en medio de la Medina"

El personal de front desk muy atento a dar un muy buen servicio siempre. Othman, Youssef(Josef) y Loubna, siempre amables y dispuestos a ayudarnos.Tambien, destacamos a Hayat, la mucama.

La terraza estaba muy expuesta al viento en las tardes, estaba demasiado fresco y creo que en esta época podrían cerrar con algo, para así disfrutar en plenitud la terraza.

"Lovely stay"

The building is beautiful, in a great central location only 5 mins by foot from the main square. Breakfast was exceptionally good with a different variety every day. Our room was spacious and the bed comfy. The cleaning standard is very high. The staff are fantastic; always friendly, really helpful and kind. Efficient transfer from/to the airport provided.

Bathroom was on the small side with a shower door which let water run over the floor.

L’emplacement est idéal pour visiter Marrakech. Le Riad est propre et joliment décoré. Le personnel est accueillant et le petit déjeuner très bon.

La piscine est très froide. Le Riad est très bruyant. Bruit de scooter depuis la chambre, sonnette la nuit, et bruit la nuit et le matin très tot.

"Merveilleux séjour avec services irréprochables"

Lieu magnifique, petit-déjeuner royal, chambre spacieuse et très bonne literie, pleines d'attentions qui font la différence comme des petites bouteilles d'eau remplacées chaque jour, une bouilloire avec thé/café, et des apéritifs dattes/fruits secs. Aucun problème de gardiennage de valises si vous partez en excursion plusieurs jours, vous pouvez faire confiance les yeux fermés. Le personnel est à l'écoute et super serviable, merci à Loubna, Youssef et la 3e personne dont je ne connais pas le prénom, ils ont chacun été très professionnels et ont répondus positivement à toutes nos demandes. Nous avons passé un merveilleux séjour au Riad de Luxe ;)
