"Perfectly located but could use some TLC"

Spacious, great location (5-7 min walk from the bus station, ferry and historic part of town), comfortable bed, clean, very helpful host.

The place smells a bit musty and needs some TLC. It was fine for a night but there were quite a few small things (eg big broken tile in the main room that you have to avoid walking on) that wouldn't have been comfortable for a long stay.

Great location . Beautiful neighborhood. Quiet. Main bedroom bed is comfortable. Good shower. Attentive host.

Facility was very basic. Could improve cookwares. Bidet did not work. Bad sewer smell in the bathroom.

"Great for a night stay in the city"

Fantastic location. 5 minutes from main bus station. 5 minutes from Old city and 5 minutes from the port. Flat was big with everything we needed.

Beds were not very comfortable. Flat looks quite old.
