Прекрасное расположение, в туристическом районе, но на тихой улице. Под окнами зелень и пели птицы. Очень комфортные комнаты, всегда тепло (была зимой), есть горячая вода. Хороший выбор на завтраки и классная терраса. Очень приветливый и помогающий персонал, через них же можно забронировать любые туры. Идеальное место в Катманду по соотношению цена/качество/расположение.

Super comfortable hostel, best people around, delicious breakfast offered in the property, really well located.

Neat and clean dorms and hotel. Even had hangers for clothes. Lockers by the bed and stairs for the upper bunk were a nice touch. The bed I got by the window was perfect as it had sunlight and view of the entrance. Location is good - very near to the main Thamel area and many restaurants nearby. The staff at the reception was helpful.

- Washrooms for the top floor dorm are one floor above and you kind of have to pass by the cafe to use them. - The common area on the ground floor is very small for meeting fellow travellers/socializing.

Dass es in der Sitzecke im Winter kalt ist.

I had a great stay at Thamel heritage Hostel, the guys at reception are so lovely. It's a short walk from Durbar Square, safe area, there is even a security officer at the entrance.
