Pamukkale Whiteheaven Suite Hotel

Местоположение просто отличное! Недалеко от южного входа в Памуккале, утром с балкона видно как летят шары. Номер очень просторный, большая удобная кровать, большой балкон. Из крана течет термальная вода. В номере много уютных светильников и вмя территория отеля красиво украшена. Приветливый персонал.

В номере было безумно холодно! Холоднее, чем на улице. За два дня мы так и не смогли прогреть номер кондиционером. Пол и стены были ледяными. В ванной было еще холоднее. Ужасный завтрак. Накрыли целый стол какими-то намазками, соусами, хлебом. Ничего мясного. Какие-то трубочки с плесневелым творогом. И омлет из одного яйца. Все было невкусно. И еще из минусов неработающий холодильник. Для меня это важно, я перевожу в термосе инсулин и храню в холодильнике. Когда заселились, положила туда шприц-ручки. На второй день я поняла, что холодильник даже не включен в розетку. Включить его тоже не получилось из-за короткого шнура. Ощущение, что он там просто для красоты стоит. Чтобы получить горячую воду, нужно сливать ее минут 20

Un accueil chaleureux. Établissement très bien placé , près des lieux d’intérêt ( travertins et Le site de Hierapolis ). Chambres tes agréables , décorées dans le style local . Lits très confortables.

We just stayed a night but it was a nice stay. Large rooms with balconies , good location , walking distance to the travertines and the town center, comfy beds.

Breakfast was good but a bit upset the staff refused our request to arrange the tables as we requested .

Close to Pamukkale travertines and Hierapolis.

While the manager/owner did help with a few things e.g., dropping us at the Hierapolis ruins gate, his extremely abrupt demeanour overshadowed it all. He is quite rude. The property has no view (see the pictures from the windows). The pool whose pictures are uploaded on Booking.com is surrounded by disorganised items (see pic # 3). The housekeeping staff consists of immigrants who are very polite but appeared a little unsure (not sure how well they are treated). The taps are rusting and reflects the level of maintenance. Our flight cancellations meant we needed a transport at a late hour. We tried getting some assistance from the manager and were told that the driver could drive from Pamukkale to pick us up from Izmir Airport (3 hours drive each way) at 1am for €250 but could not come to pick us from Denizli Airport (1 hour drive each way) at 3am (obviously because it would pay much less - €70). Seemed like an attempt to mint money out of us. Admittedly, his father stayed up to let us in. The heating in the room did not work at all. The duvet on the king sized bed was less than the width of the bed itself and kept us shivering all night long. You cannot have breakfast a minute after 9:30am. They started renovation works when we were still sleeping but he was not willing to give an additional minute of late check-out knowing fully well that, due to our flight cancellations, our schedule had been disrupted so significantly making it particularly hard with young kids. To top it all, the owner sent abusive racist texts after initial submission of the review a matter that I am raising with Booking.com. Turkiye is a beautiful country with some amazing people and the one can see how much the authorities do for their people and tourists. This guy left a bad taste in our otherwise amazing trip. This property should be delisted from Booking.com.

位置优越，距离棉花堡很近，去的时候taxi直接送到古城的进口，一路下坡，从棉花堡最高处往下走，出景区门不到10分钟就走到酒店了。老板也是非常热情，主动开车载我们到附近的中餐厅吃饭。房间很大，我们5人住一间也不局促，行李都可以摊开。
