ZAIt honestly surprised me in terms of looks and facilities, what one needed. Clean and value for money
ZAZAThe room and facility was very clean. The gentleman who received me was friendly. While he couldn’t find my reservation, he didn’t cause much alarm. Once I gave him my reference number he could locate my reservation and within no time I was allocated a room. While I stayed just for one night, I had a comfortable stay.
The property has no signage so it was difficult to locate it. Once the security guy eventually opened the gate for me he ushered me to the reception and called in the manager who arrived shortly. There were no instructions on check out times and check out procedures or whether they serve breakfast or not. There is also no receptionist to attend to clients needs. The entrance esp reception area is a little awkward,
ZAZAI liked everything about the property, the pictures are not doing any justice to it. The stuff is so amazing, lovely and friendly. Their rooms are top notch and their showers are definitely the best.
