Jaisalmer Murad Haveli

Hasim was an exceptional host and went very much out of his way to make sure we had what we needed for our entire stay. He is so welcoming and very interested in us and our travels. I was injured in the town when a bull rammed into me on the street. Hasim went to a drug store and purchased just the right ointment to help me recover quickly. I recommend this hotel highly for anyone traveling in Jaisalmer! We even had a hot shower and the beds are quite comfortable!!!!

The view from the roof top cozy restaurant is the best. Super view of the fort. Perfect distance and angle from the golden fort. Rooms are nicely decorated, decent size. Staffs are nice. Good service. They helped with the luggage.

No lift. Owner needs to focus on the small details, to make it more perfect. There were dark spots on the white pillow covers, they can keep dark color sheets. No shelf below the mirror on the basin to keep something like tooth brush and other stuffs. Hair dryer will be a good addition in the bathroom. Toilet flush was too strong in my room, sometimes water spills out a bit. There was no shampoo in the toilet. They should put liquid soap and shampoo dispenser in bathroom.

we stayed at theMurad haveli We had an amazing experience. The hotel itself is very beautiful, the rooms are very spacious and everything has a lot of charm. The food in the restaurant is excellent and the view of the fort is beautiful from the terrace. The hotel offers many services that make your stay even more comfortable: they pick you up at the airport, they can organize city tours, camel safaris, or simply call a tuk tuk to take you wherever you the service was excellent. Finally, the staff is very friendly, helpful and willing to help. I highly recommend this hotel.

Beautiful Haveli, the rooms are superb, spacious, well decorated, impeccable cleanliness!! The staff is super friendly and accommodating. Delicious restaurant, we were well advised for the dishes.

We were very happy with our stay at Murad Haveli. The room was spacious and clean. The staff was very attentive. The "desert safari" was very good and we were able to leave our luggage and take a shower when we returned the next day (while we checked out), we really appreciated it! We will definitely stay at MuradHaveli again if we return to Jaisalmer.

Raheem and the other staff were really welcoming, helpful and super friendly. The rooftop is a lovely place to hang out with excellent views of the fort, especially at sunset. We had some very tasty food too! The rooms are super comfortable and very clean! We would definitely stay again. The balcony is more of a beautiful traditional Rajasthan window seat, which is a lovely spot to relax in the room.

The rooms are absolutely beautiful with the Rajasthan windows and shutters. The seated window inlet is lovely, I sat there watching the world go by most afternoons. Clean as a whistle. On the roof top you get the best sunset in town, it's one of the few places you can see the fort as a backdrop. I ate breakfast up there every day and it was great. Raheem contacted me when I was on the train due to arrive in Jaisalmer and said he'd be at the station to pick me up for free and there he was with a card with my name on it which saved me the usual haggling with the many rickshaw guys and getting overcharged. Raheem turned out to be a star who would do anything to make your stay relaxing and easy. And lastly the unbroken panorama of the fort from the roof was incredible. I will return.

Really comfortable stay in a beautiful, clean room. The staff were really friendly and so helpful - Hasim and Rashin were always checking if they could do more, and my mum and I enjoyed chatting with them throughout our stay. All the food prepared there was delicious, and they even sorted a drop off to our ongoing bus (thanks!). Recommend without a doubt - it was one of our favourite places to stay in our three week trip.
