Zentrale Lage mit guten Einkaufsmöglichkeiten. Parken in der Nähe war immer möglich. Die Wohnung ist gemütlich eingerichtet und großzügig geschnitten. Erdgeschoss mit kleiner Veranda, Zugang zu Rasen und Pool sind praktisch. Gepflegte Außenanlage. Elektrisches Heizen der Wohnung (März) war möglich. Das Doppelbett war ausreichend lang. Zusätzliche Kissen und Bettdecken waren vorhanden und konnten auch für die Zusatzbetten im Wohnzimmer als Couch genutzt werden. Anfragen wurden vom Vermieter zeitnah beantwortet.

Die Matratzen waren etwas zu hart. Insbesondere in der Küche und im Bad besteht dringender Renovierungsbedarf (März 2025). Die Einbauschränke in der Küche sind z.T. verschliessen, Scharniere sind rostig und teilweise defekt. Die Abflüsse im Bad sind unsauber und neigen zu verstopfen. Der Staubsauger (ohne Beutel) war extrem zugesetzt und konnte zur Reinigung der Fewo nicht genutzt werden. Küchenschabe Nr.5 haben wir schließlich unter dem Sofakissen erledigt. Das sei hier am Ort ein Problem. Sagt der Vermieter. Das sollte der Gast wissen.

El apartamento es muy nuevo , acogedor y bonito, lo mejor de todo son las vistas al jardín precioso! Con una piscina maravillosa!!! Sin duda lo recomiendo 100%, la zona es muy tranquila, cerca del centro, de la playa, cerca tiene el super,continente,bares para comer, centro comercial!! Todo a mano!!! Hemos disfrutado mucho de la escapa y nos hemos sentido como en casa!!!

Beetje gedateerde keuken en slaapkamer. Maar netjes en knus dus prima!

It's close to amenities.

This place was unbearable. Rundown, old apartment in a likewise complex. Terribly noisy 24/7, the apartments opposite the main door and overlooking the road. It feels like you're on the street as absolutely no noise insulation. People up through the night, the police were a common presence. Was sleeping in the living area as bedroom next to the road but had cockroaches every night so had to sleep back in the bedroom. . Barely slept the whole time..The toilet struggles to work so kept blocking. That apartment has not seen a vacuum cleaner or mop, it was filthy.. The owner doesn't like criticism, he speaks like it's a serene palace. So you get nowhere with communication. The whole complex needs bulldozing. Didn't even feel safe in the area, it's not nice at all. Worrying people hanging around. Grim experience.

Great location. Very close to numerous shops and restaurants.... and two supermarkets... all very handy and reasonable prices too.. About a 10-15 minute walk to old town and/or the beach. Apartment was not large but plenty big enough for a couple, well equipped and quite comfortable. Our host Bruno was quick to respond when we did have a couple of minor issues. Lovely pool and terrace although it was too cool for swimming while we were there. We were there for nearly two weeks and wishing we had stayed longer.

Walls are a little thin... can sometimes hear other guest talking and moving about... and bedroom is right on a busy street so there can be a little road noise. Bathroom shower walls grouting should be cleaned (a little mold developing). No central heating or air conditioning so it could be a little warm in the summer or cool some nights in winter although Bruno does provide a fan and small heater.

Das Apartment war sehr schön, klein und funktionell eingerichtet, mit allem was wir gebraucht haben ausgestattet. Der Pool konnte zu jeder Zeit benutzt werden, mit direktem Zugang über die Terrasse. Das gegenüberliegende Pool-Café hat für die Gäste von Bruno ein spezielles Frühstück serviert, das jeden Tag individuell gebucht werden konnte und immer sehr lecker war.
