How friendly and helpful the staff were and how nice the rooms are.

L'accoglienza del personale è stata molto positiva e sorridente. Posizione davvero comoda a 10 minuti dall'aeroporto di Arusha.

Purtroppo abbiamo avuto una bruttissima esperienza. Avevamo un topo dentro la camera e, pur essendo riusciti a mandarlo via, non abbiamo potuto riposare tutta la notte per paura che tornasse. Bagno ampio ma con una doccia decisamente da migliorare. Poca acqua calda (avevamo acceso il boiler troppo tardi) e con pochissima pressione. Mi dispiace per il proprietario John, davvero molto disponibile e sorridente, ma non possiamo dire di aver avuto un'esperienza positiva.

The "free" wifi is only in a certain location and not in the rooms. The prices for the food were pretty nice.

Upon arrival, I was greeted by name by one of the proprietors, Victoria. She showed me to my room and helped deliver my bags before diving into any paperwork. I appreciation this detail given we had just spend nearly the whole day either hiking or in the car. She cooked us a delicious dinner. John drove us to the airport the next morning which was only 10 minutes away. I highly recommend this spot owned by this friendly couple if you are spending time in the Arusha area prior to or following a safari or hike to Kilimanjaro.

Freedom Inn is a perfect, quite and safe place for your stay in Arusha. The owners, Jhon and Victoria, are nice and welcoming. They are ready to help you with every-day needs. The rest of the staff is also very accommodating. Also, the food is delicious. If you look for a place where you can rest, eat and feel at home even when you’re far from home, then Freedom Inn is the right place for you.

A wonderful place to stay run by a sweet local family. ❤️ John and Victoria and the entire staff go above and beyond to make everyone feel at home and to help out with whatever we we need and truly make everyone feel like family. A perfect home away from home in a quiet and friendly neighborhood close to Arusha airport and Sable Square shopping center. Excellent value for the money. Clean and well attended and kept. Rooms are simple but very spacious, clean, and tasteful. Simple but tasty food. Safe and secure. Would definitely stay here again.
