Very light and airy (mosquito screens and air con); modern/contemporary furniture/fixtures. All modern cons provided. Very comfortable beds. Loved having two bathrooms (with a teenager!) both with good powerful showers. Great location /great views and close to all amenities and the sea/beach areas.

The flight of 60 stairs to climb up - but it was good for my fitness and wouldn’t have had the views without it!!

Le Grazie is such a lovely quiet small town, the apartment has everything you need and the host (Andrea) is exceptional.

The only two things I would say, but not as critics, only so that other travelers are informed is that the apartment is on a third floor through stairs and parking is only on blue lined spots which at times may be hard to find one open. But this is Italy and you should expect these things when planning your trip.

The apartment has a new renovation. It is ideally equipped. The owner is super. We recommend it. The house is not front, on the second line. It’s quiet. Windows overlook the olive garden. If you look through the window in the roof you can see the sea. No elevator, top floor, it was not a problem for us. Beautiful places are around, not far by car.

The host gave us the details on how to get from La Spezia central station to Le Grazie, he received us with complimentary wine and foccacia and showed us the apartment. The location is fantastic far from the crowd, good restaurants, cafes, supermarket and bakery walking distance from the place.

All was excellent
