The private beach, the location, hospitality of staff, and quietness

1) Hotel management couldn't provide us with the room we had already paid for. The reason - your room is occupied. 2) Meals are not fresh (sometimes). 3) The staff will talk gossip about the guests thinking that guests don't understand Turkish. 4) Wi-Fi that doesn't work in the cottage houses and near the beach 5) No security in the territory of the hotel 6) No offers for city tours and entertainments

The only thing we like about property is close location to the beach. Beach was not secured, there were at least three theft accidents at the beach when guests valuables, mostly phones were stolen while people were enjoying the water.

Hotel is very outdated with anti sanitary conditions ( adding pictures as a proof). Sirma Hotel is being sold and advertised based on pictures of neighboring hotel Horus Paradise. There is no aqua park that is shown on pictures, it’s behind the fence and belongs to Horus Paradise. Hamam amenity for Sirma Hotel is absolutely different that is shown on pictures. We booked spa session fir entire family and requested 4 women for massage, manager assured that he can accommodate that. When we arrived on time, staff was not available because it was badly overbooked. We have not received apology nor refund nor make up session as an excuse for awful service. Hotel personnel was rude and not attentive. It took 3 days to repair door lock, balcony door was not closing at all. Towels were so worn, I’ve never seen anything like that. Coffee was available only after 10am in the morning 🤦🏽‍♀️ Food at hotel was really bad. Raw chicken was served at dinner, some days there was no food selection at all, we ended up getting food at local steakhouse, such a shame for hotel when they sell all-inclusive service. Horus Paradise and Sirma Hotel have the same owner, I would not be surprised if food leftovers from Horus hotel were served at Sirma because food did not look fresh and actually few guests had food poisoning. Vacation that was planned as family reunion ended up as worst vacation ever.
