Very good located apartament, less than 10 minutes from the train station. It is at one of the main streets, it is in a pedestrian zone with plenty of restaurants and bars. Area is quite loud, but the windows provide good noise isolation, so this wasn't a problem during the night, and we had a good sleep. Complimentary breakfast in nearby bar is an advantage.

The room is located close to the train station which makes the experience so much better, its location also offers a lot of options for restaurants, farmacies and supermarkets. The bed was super comfortable and the bathroom exceed our expectations.

We didn't like the breakfast that its included that much, the pancakes and waffles were not fresh... Not much options of drinks for a person that doesn't drink coffee and quite expensive the extra costs for taking the other breakfast options.

The location is really great and the room has everything that you would need. The bed is so comfortable and there’s a mini fridge for you to keep some cold stuff. Also enjoyed the breakfast options.

The room was just perfect. The location was in the middle between train station a and the seaport. Breakfast was awasome - in very pleasent cafe. The staff in a cafe was very helpfull and friendly. The room owner was very helpful, advicing the places to eat, etc. The room was refreshed every day ! It was a great choice of a placy for our stay!!! Thank you!

Nice, new, modern, good positioned place, in downtown, close to railway station.

If you come by car, you are in trouble, because parking in that area is almost impossible.

Breakfast was absolutely amazing, in a nearby cafe that belonged to the the owners of the apartments I'm guessing. It was delightful and the people we interacted with were super helpful and kind. The check-in was super easy and simple. The room was exceptional, very clean and amazingly located at the heart of the historical part of La Spezia. Would definitely recommend, 10/10

Great and spacious room, comfortable bed, nice bathroom, good Internet connections, nice bb and very friendly stuff

A bit cold in the bathroom and breakfast is outside, might be an issue during rainy days.
