Location, owner, breakfast!

Perfect location in the heart of La Spezia: 5–6 minutes to both Centrale Stazione and the seaside. The building is on the pedestrian street with bars and restaurants right nearby. Keyless entry was great: code access for both the gate and the apartment door. The apartment is clean, bright and well-equipped for a comfortable stay and sightseeing. Comfy bed with small and large pillows, strong Wi-Fi, effective A/C. We loved the small terrace. The host was very kind and helpful, breakfast (2 minutes away) was fantastic with a huge selection (sandwiches, pastries, coffee, orange juice) - they even prepared gluten- and dairy-free options for me. Wholeheartedly recommended.

Only minor observations: It’s a historic building, so some noise carries - I even woke up once to a neighbour’s alarm :-). For those whom this may be an issue: access to the first floor is via stairs only (the lift doesn’t serve that level).

Las almohadas muy duras

La posizione era impeccabile. A pochissimi minuti dalla stazione e per arrivare al porto bastava percorrere dritto la strada. La struttura è in pieno centro, quindi comodissima per tutto. La stanza viene pulita ogni mattina e gli asciugamani cambiati ogni due giorni. La colazione è in un bar a qualche passo ed è ricca e con ampia scelta. Due cose da mangiare a testa, una cosa dalla caffetteria e un succo. Staff super disponibile
