Perfect room and perfect location . The gentleman that helps us with the accommodation and luggage was so wonderful.

A very nice place to stay while visiting Cinque Terre. La Spezia is such a lovely and calm town as well. We had a big room and a beautiful balcony. The room was clean, and just perfect for our 3 days stay. Really recommend this to anyone going to La Spezia for a holiday. We definitely want to come back here.

It was a nice clean room in a central location! The owner was incredibly kind and accomodating, and made sure I had a place to stow my luggage before the room was available. They were quick to respond to questions, carried my heavy luggage for me, and gave great recommendations for the area. The room was quite comfortable and very clean.

Cute room with a nice bathroom, a short walk to the train station and to the port as well as plenty of restaurant options around. It was clean and comfortable.

The included breakfast is at a nearby restaurant and you get vouchers upon arrival. However at the restaurant you can only have one breakfast item (max 8€) and only a small coffee and orange juice. Anything else you have to pay for. The orange juice was also a different one (not freshly pressed) to other customers that weren’t hotel guests. The air conditioning in our room also didn’t work well, we had it set to 16 degrees because it didn’t cool down at all. Might just be the one but especially at night it got quite warm.

The location very close to train station and lot of restaurants. The room was cleaned every day.

The breakfast was nice, but if you stay more days it is not so divers. You have to choose from 2 croissants or omelette.
