White Luxury Apartment

Apartamento muy limpio y bien equipado. Situado al lado de un centro comercial con todo lo necesario. No es céntrico pero en el centro comercial hay autobuses que te llevan al centro de sibiu en 10-15 minutos. Tienes un aparcamiento privado muy conveniente. El proceso de llegada fue muy fácil y el personal amable

Anunciaban disponer de secadora pero realmente es una lavadora con centrifugado a 1200 rpm. De todos modos con esto y el balcón para poner un tendedero pudimos lavar la ropa perfectamente

The apartment was beautiful, very clean and practical, comfortable bed and perfect parking space. Easy to find and location seemed close to anything, I could just drive out and return at night to my designated parking space. Also has an elevator , which I used when I had to carry heavy stuff.

The biggest issue with this stay was not the apartment itself, but the way the hosts handled communication and guest privacy, which was to me essential as I was in Sibiu for important meetings. The air conditioning remote was not available in the apartment upon arrival, despite the property being advertised with air conditioning and one of my criteria for choosing it. I had to contact the hosts and wait more than 24 hours and insist before the remote was finally delivered. No apology was provided on this matter. In addition, 2 days into my stay, I started to be excessively contacted regarding invoice details (I had fully paid days before my stay). The hosts repeatedly called and messaged me at various hours, using both phone network or whatsapp, while I was attending important meetings. I had to apologize a few times to people in my meetings and explain my hosts are calling me in every possible way. The frequency of these contacts and demands were very intrusive and created unnecessary stress throughout my stay. I contacted the Booking platform to ask if this is acceptable, as it had never happened to me before. They never replied to me! I eventually provided all requested personal information via WhatsApp (including my personal number and home address!) just to put an end to the constant requests. Next, I had to provide my departure time, even though the check-out time was already clearly established and known! What should have been a pleasant stress free stay (at least for the accommodation part), became an experience dominated by constant contact, unnecessary interruptions and pressure from the hosts. I was relieved to leave very early in the morning and I would not choose to stay here again.

Nu este ceva care sa nu-mi fi plăcut! Totul a fost excelent!

Amabilitatea, deschiderea si comunicarea cu proprietarul. Locația cu facilitățile necesare unei familii, curățenie, spațiu suficient pentru 2 adulți si 2 copilasi si prețul foarte ok.

Ar ajuta o plasa la ușa pentru a evita accesul insectelor in apartament si macar 2 perechi de papuci sa poata cei 2 adulți sa iasă pe balcon, am avut doar 1 pereche si unul din noi s a încălțat cu adidași cand ieșeam pe balcon in rest totul a fost ok multumim
