"For the cost of the room for one night we were disappointed and won't stay again."

Room and bed were comfortable and clean.

No one to greet us, self check in. No mini bar or even water in room. We couldn't order room service and when called concierge and front desk we were diverted to a call centre that hd to ask where we were staying.

Kia Ora koutou ka toa, I would like to express my heartfelt gratitude for the wonderful stay I had at SkyCity Hotel. From the moment I arrived, I felt truly welcomed and cared for. The staff kindly assisted me by carrying my bags to my room, which made my arrival so smooth and comfortable. Plates knives and fork and microwave in my room, It was a great surprise it happen so fast small attention to detail but very heartfelt I also really appreciated how attentive everyone was to my requests. My request for an extra pillow, Triangle pillow was promptly fulfilled, and it made my stay even more relaxing. Thank you for your excellent service, warm hospitality, and attention to detail. It truly made my two-night stay special, and I look forward to returning again in the future.
