"Exceptional"

The location is rather convenient. It's about 20-25 minutes both to the Parliament and to the Varosliget park. Besides there is metro and bus station nearby. The apartment is nice and warm. There was not any problems to get the key as the host gave very clear instruction

"Cozy place in excellent location"

Great host, easy communication, excellent location. 15 min of walking to many sights, Westend Mall and lots of bistros and restaurants. The home itself is cozy and has character. Easy self-check in. We also appreciated all the pictures and QR codes of the City sights. Highly recommend!

The beds were rather uncomfortable for us. Probably not the safest place if you have little children (stairs leading to the bedroom upstairs), but an excellent option for teens and adults.

"The perfect solution for a comfortable and cozy stay in Budapest"

I loved spending our stay at this property! Recommended for 2/3 people who are looking to share a cozy place. The flat was clean and tidy, spacious and comfortable, great position in the city, very central and near many cafe restaurants and shops. It was very easy to communicate with Immocto, they were really responsive, helpful and supportive from the planning of our arrival to the check out process.

"Cool stay in Budapest"

The apartment is situated in the very centre of Budapest, very good location, has an interior yard which is perfect for not hearing the noise of the city. Everything is spotless clean and has all the appliances needed. The check-in and the check-out was smooth. I highly recommend this place if you are a group of 3-4 friends or a couple. Nice coffee shop around the corner is a bonus.

"Good place to stay of you like to eat out or enjoy theater!"

Great location, clean place! The quarter is known for its (quite touristy and pricey) restaurants to eat out and it's theatres, it's essentially Budapest's cultural district. Also very good public transport and central location!

Electric and water installations looked somewhat dubious (though not particularly concerning), but that's the case for all these buildings of similar age in Budapest.
