Perfectly positioned, and has everything you need for a short stay.

The only negative really was the bed, especially the pillows they were old horrible and paper thin .. bring your own.

Lovely and warm and comfortable. Everything we needed for our 3 night stay . Short walk to the beach and shops.

A lovely little flat in part of an old house comfortable and clean with everything you need including dishwasher and washing machine bed comfortable shower good near to sea front and quiet no parking but you can park on the road outside for 2 hours then the car park is a short walk up the road fairly expensive but you don’t have to pay between 6pm and 8am

Found the key safe a little fiddly a push button one would be better

Nice flat, well appointed and warm during a very wet, windy and cold spell. Easy walk to car park and could manage parking fees on line. Town just down the hill as was the beach and a short uphill to a lovely park overlooking the sea.

Mattress a bit soft for me and could definitely do with lights over the kitchen counter. Neither big deals. We would stay again without hesitation.

Location was perfect. Very clean. Perfect for a weekend. Kitchen was good.

Bathroom a bit small. Proper toiletries not sachets please.

We were so pleased to open the door to the flat. There was an electric fire on with a christmas tree next to it. We felt really snug ,it was perfect for our two day Christmas break. Very good value and would love to return.

The location is not as shown in location marker on Booking.com. We know Lyme quite well and would not have booked this location. When we learnt actual location in booking confirmation owner refused cancellation request. It is on a main road, is single glazed and suffers badly from road noise. People walk outside window on way from large car park to town. Outdated TV Uncomfortable bed Freezing cold We arrived at 4.30 on and left next morning, we did not want to stay any longer.
