FRWe spent a few days as a family of five and we has a good experience. The host was friendly and helpful, the location is top spot (near the center but still quite) and globally a good value stay.
The beds and sofa were not comfortable. We could not manage to get warm water in the shower. There were only 4 plates, 4 glasses etc while we rented as 5 people. It could also help to leave basic cooking stuff like oil, salt, sugar so travelling people don't have to buy for just a few days.
