"Great value for your money"

Everything... The staff, the room, the breakfast great. Definitively would stay again. Lina was very nice.

Water temperature of the shower difficult to set. The coffee at the breakfast.

The pool was really nice, there was a poolside bar. Room was nice, aircon was a lifesaver. Hotel staff where very attentive and accommodating. Mr Paul was very thoughtful offering a packed breakfast for our sunrise tour.

The rooms matched what was shown in the photos

The breakfast was good but repetitive and very greasy. There were lots mosquitoes/ insects in the room and in the gym. The pool was dirty. The gym had 4 machines, and none of them worked properly. In terms of hospitality, the service seemed very welcoming to my boyfriend (white man) but not to me (black woman), i felt that i was being ignored.

"Nice hotel, but cleanliness should be improven"

The reception staff is very kind, the hotel and the rooms are nice. The breakfast some days are menü, other days buffet, depends on how many people in the hotel, but it is ok.

We had problem with the cleanliness of the rooms. We stayed there for 6 nights and we had no shower gel for 5 nights. Other days our towels was taken from the room, but we didn't received new ones. The other issue was with hot water. Some occation the cold water pressure went out, and only boiling hot water coming from the shower.
