Mooie omgeving. Vriendelijk personeel.

Achterstallig onderhoud aan de safaritenten. Scheur in tent, weer in tentdoek, kapotte waterkoker, stroompunten.

"Felt a burden"

The play areas for children were lovely.

We were given a key locker, with a code, to collect accommodation information, this didn't work. There was nothing in the locker. Thankfully a member of staff gave us our accommodation details. Beware. We were visiting Efteling and the park didn't close till gone 1030. We got to the accommodation 11.07 The gates wouldn't let us in. We had to park near reception. And walked to our accommodation. Very stressful with disabled children. We did leave blue badge on show. We collected car in morning. Apparently parking, near reception, where there are no, no parking signs, isn't allowed and we had big printed A4 sheets left on car and reception staff taking photos of our car as we were actually leaving the site for a day trip. Maybe, be lenient in regards to nearby theme parks and track their closing times.

Heel vriendelijk personeel, vlotte check in ondanks late aankomst. Propere villa tent.

Douche had weinig tot geen warm water, tijdens de nacht was het koud in de tent.
