Raira Villas Lembongan by ABM

Great location, close to the beach and restaurants and close to the surf break if you want waves or dive schools to scuba as we did. The goring there was super friendly made us breakfast early on the days we were scuba diving at 7am when breakfast didn’t start till 8. Pool was clean and rooms were very big.

The morning we were supposed to start our stay we recieved a message that they had no vacant and wanted to move us to another hotel inland on tbe island and away from the surf break. We wanted to arrive at 4 and go straight for a surf which would have allowed that. We took a new hotel and moved our stay by one day. During our stay we extended the stay by a day and at 12.30 after the check out time on the last day they tried to move us again to a new hotel, we were out for the day and was in no position to move our stuff 30 minutes after the check out time. I guess another guest unfortunately was moved to the other accommodation. I will say the other accommodation was very nice but not in a location that was close to the beach and we told them we weren’t moving this time.

Dirty rooms, disgusting bathrooms, everything is filthy, no soap or shampoo, you can't sit down to use it, the garden is full of garbage, people partying until 2:00 am, I paid for hotel rooms, not for what we found, if you don't want bad reviews, close the hotel. Habitaciones sucias, baños que dan asco, sin jabon ni champu, no se puede sentar para utilizarlo, el jardín con basura, gente haciendo fiesta hasta las 2:00 am, yo he pagado por unas habitaciones de hotel, no por lo que nos hemos encontrado, si no quieren malos comentarios cierren el hotel.

The close proximity to ferry /Lembongan harbour. Walking distance, like 5-7mins. The staff member Marty (the male worker during our stay) he was very accommodating and went above and beyond during our stay as there was an issue with the booking when we arrived. He helped with our scooters, breakfast, gave us everything we needed and more. He was a very nice gentleman, and they are lucky to have such a dedicated staff member who looks after the guests. He deserves a pay rise and works 7 days a week !

The GM and the corporate body who govern the booking system as there was multiple system errors during our stay e.g. we rocked up with a group (booked 5 villas) and only 2 were available and they had lost the rest of the bookings. They sent the rest of group to another hotel and tried to make them pay for transport (despite not ) and the next night the same thing happened. I think there is or was 2x raira on booking.com.

Great stay and very nice location, quiet and peaceful.

Groundskeeper Made is a lovely person and was very helpful, made our stay there very comfortable. Air con worked great, we had hot showers, wifi in the room was slow sometimes but still worked overall, pool was clean, 5 mins walk to the beach, we had a mozzy net. Pretty good value for money to be honest.

The rooms could do with some brighter lights. Location on booking.com should be updated as well so it doesn’t feel misleading.

Booking said breakfast included but didn’t seem to be anything. It was ok as we only stayed one night due to boat being cancelled.
