Raira Villas Lembongan by ABM

Green Villas Lembongan was not as advertised on Bookings.com. The photos were misleading and the description was incorrect. Bookings.com described the property as beachfront. In fact it was a 10 minute walk to the beach. The description boasted a 24 hour front desk, which it did not have. In fact, it was often unstaffed. It said it had “free toiletries” which it did not –towels and toilet paper had to be requested and took a long time to come. I was told on the first day that all the towels were at the laundry so had none. The description said there was a bar on site. There was not. There was no water provided anywhere and no mini fridge in the rooms. We were told we could use the shared fridge in the lobby, which was no clean. The kitchen was also unclean. The place boasted a pleasant pool and garden on Bookings.com, however, the garden was overgrown. I had to ask for the lawn to be cut as it was difficult to walk around. There were weeds everywhere. As it, Green Villas should be between $40 - $50 per night, and pitched as budget backpacker accommodation. It is not appropriate accommodation for singles or families. Bookings.com incorrectly represented Green Villas Lembongan. I have requested a refund but Bookings.com have not responded.

Not one thing. It was disgusting. Dirty. I did not stay and want a full refund! No towels. No sail. No toilet paper. Grass overgrown. Filthy dirty. The whole toilet bowl actually came off the floor!! You need to take this property off booking.com!!

Property was in a great location, simple comfortable rooms AC works well. Made was super lovely and friendly.

The location is great, the stuff is so kind and friendly. Love the place, would definitely come back.

Really poor lighting. No where for luggage to unpack. No tea or coffee facilities. No safe for valuables. No refrigerator so drinks were warm all the time

There was a nice pool, and the bed was comfortable.

The pillows were high and hard. There weren't any towels and we had to ask. The guy then supplied but they appeared new so not washed and lots of fluff.
