The rooms were nice, and the bedding and towels were clean

To begin with, we had trouble getting to the property due to a lack of clear communication from the host. Before arriving, I spoke with her on the phone, but she didn’t mention that the main street leading to the property was under renovation. When we arrived and found the road blocked, we had to call her and were told to take a long detour—something that could have easily been communicated in advance. The alternative route was in very poor condition, with a steep angle and a sharp turn, and our BMW got scratched underneath. The road itself was mostly dirt and pebbles all the way to the property. Although the listing describes the apartment as “central,” getting to the city center on foot was not practical. Walking downhill was manageable, but the way back up was a steep and exhausting hike. It may look central on a map, but in reality, it’s not convenient if you plan to explore the city on foot. Noise was another issue. In the kitchen, there is a heating or hot water unit inside a cabinet that is quite loud. It runs frequently, including at night, and I had to use earplugs. If you prefer silence, this may not be the right place for you. Additionally, in the smaller bedroom, the smoke alarm kept beeping randomly throughout the night and then stopping, which made it difficult to sleep. We also had an incident where the kitchen smoke alarm went off loudly while we were in separate rooms. We called the host, concerned something was wrong, but she immediately accused us of smoking—which was frustrating, as none of us smoke or drink. We ended up removing the alarm ourselves. Additionally, we were asked to pay €2 more than the invoice stated via a payment link. While I initially didn’t mind, combined with the lack of transparency about the road, the misleading location description, the damage to our car, and the accusation of smoking, it left a bad impression.

Le camere stupende tutte arredate con gusto e pulitissime. Grande disponibilità della proprietaria . Consiglio vivamente questo posto . Ci torneremo sicuramente. Grazie ❤️

Wir sind einfach nur gemeistert von der Einrichtung die wirklich geschmackvoll und mit Herz ausgesucht worden ist . Das Dadezimmer ist ein besonderes Highlight mit der Regendusche und der Badewanne . Wir können die Unterkunft nur empfehlen und kommen sehr gerne wieder .

El apartamento esta genial, las camas comodisimas. Las instalaciones comunes estan muy bien. Y las comunicaciones con los propietarios fantástico. Todo genial.
