The place was very small and not well kept but we were trying to make it work. We realized once we checked in that we had no clean towels, toilet paper or hand soap. We were told we would get some but never did. Once we got back at night and realized that nothing was brought up and that the sheets on the one bed were stained and not even washed. The owner got all mad as to how I expected him to come and bring us anything at 10 pm . It escalated to him screaming and calling me names and verbally abusing me in front of my family. He told us to leave his place and kicked us out. We had to leave with my kids at 12 pm at night on one of the busiest time of the season and find another place. The owner then started lying about how it all happened. We have witnesses from the building of how he treated us and are still trying to press charges so this never happens to another guest again.
